The BDS-1 is designed to work on upper cervical adjusting

Thoracic Wedge
The wedge is designed for prone thoracic adjusting. Place the
patient on the Wedge where the segment you want to adjust it on
the apex. This allows the thoracics to open up so you need less
of a thrust.
